Mama June stunned everyone, from fans to non challant folks, when she lost 300 pounds and became almost unrecognizable in the final episode of her TV show. One of the reasons for her dramatic weight loss was to make her ex fiance jealous on his wedding to another woman.

One part of routine that’s been frowned at by health experts is sleeping in till about 1 pm. She says it cuts an entire meal’s worth of calories, plus she gets to stay in bed till late.
